The NoMad Library is the dramatic two-story library-and-bar restaurant inside the NoMad hotel at Park MGM in Las Vegas, Nevada. Inspired by the original NoMad New York, it serves refined New American classics amid 25,000 books, from tableside tuna tartare to a showpiece foie-gras-stuffed roasted chicken for two.
